The pour from this can appeared dull at first but quickly tlchanged course and came to life. It left a nice amber body with a slight Ruby hue and one full finger of light brown foamy head. Aromas of crystal and caramel malt, some dried fruits and light dry cracker at the end. The feeling in the mouth is a pleasant mix of foaminess with mild carbonation to keep a balance before the abrubt dryness rolls in. Taste is much like the scent, malts of bread crackers, caramel and then dried currants and Raisins bring variety to the sweetness before the harsh bitter malts play out the finish. Not a bad amber ale.
