We love sours! A combination of our best-selling SOUR Passion Fruit sourdough, to which we added a considerable amount of guava, which softened it and slightly reduced its typical acidity. The taste is beautifully balanced.

Direkt vom Fass fließt das 5,1%ige Sour Passion von Zichovec 🇨🇿 ins Glas. Das hellgelb unter cremigem Schaum Fruchtig-saure Aromen in die Nase fegt. Am Gaumen erfrischend sauer, schön Citrus, Passionsfrucht und Guave. Ausgewogen, sommerlich, gut!
