Flight 1/4. Clear, deep copper beer with red tint and a latte-hued, mousse-like head. The scent offers Christmas gingerbread, aniseed and a bit of cardamom. The taste allows one to experience hefty gingerbread, a drop of bitter syrup, aniseed, licorice and faint cardamom. The palate is additionally a tad boozy. The body is light-medium. The beer ends long with a noticeable dollop of tangy alcohol, bitter syrup and a pinch of gingerbread. The mouthfeel is Christmassy, strong, somewhat tangy and edgy as well as spiced.
