Samuel Adams Cream Stout is a true cream stout, balancing body and sweetness with the natural spiciness of grain and hand selected English hops. Our brewers use generous portions of roasted chocolate and caramel malts as well as unroasted barley to impart a fullness of body, a roasty malt character and rich, creamy head. It's dark mahogany color make almost as easy on the eye as it is on the palate.

Definitivamente no es una Irish Stout, pues no presents burbujeo alguno. Su cuerpo es negro completamente. De aromas tostados, cremosos, pero sobre todo pasa y café.
No es muy amarga como esperaba, de hecho es igual a su aroma y aunque la etiqueta la describe como "cremosa", no logro encontrar esa textura. La sensación perduradera que regala al paladar es gaseosa, un poco dulce, sin saturar. La temperatura media le brinda un sabor chocolatoso.
Debo admitir que es la primera Samuel Adams que me gusta.

Nice full thick creamy head. Dark brown opaque color. Not much aroma, perhaps just a little on the burnt side. Very smooth and feels soft in your mouth. Definitely sweet. It took a few sips for the chocolate flavor to become evident to me. The roasted part, for me, comes mostly on the finish, which is slightly bitter and lasts a while. A good but not a great Stout.
