Clear, gold beer with flamboyant, long-lasting carbonation creates a clean white, velvety head that exceeds one finger. The foamy cap dissolves soon to a frazil-icy lacing wafting on the surface. The withdrawing foam paints the glass with multiple downpouring splatters.
The scent displays lemon pulp, grapefruit and a tad stuffy wheat, seasoned with a pinch of Belgian yeast and a whisper of pineapple.
The palate portrays a good amount of lemon pulp, a tad grapefruit and vanishing carambola. The hoppy side of the gustatory profile is surprisingly piney. The package lies on the bed of wheat.
The body is light. The beer finishes with rather quickly with light-piney hops, bitter wheat malt and a subtle touch of lemon peel.
The mouthfeel is light, moderately tart, remotely pungent, a bit piney as well as slightly Belgiany.
