Miellytän pehmeä, pikku siirappi kyljessä.

Olut on väriltään punertavan punainen ja vähä vaahtoinen olut. Tuoksu hieman siirappinen, mieto tuoksu. Maku on kypsän hedelmäinen, siirappinen, makean maltainen, limppuinen. Todella pehmeä maku.

Buona birra rossa. Corposa e con una schiuma persistente. Ottima con la pizza.

Had a pizza tonight and wanted to pair with a red beer so I opted for this one. Dark amber color with fast fading head. To the nose there are hints of hops, which gets confirmed once drank. The mouthfeel is in fact quite bitter, maybe even too much for a red beer but which leaves a quite refreshing aftertaste. Nice offering, but definitely needs some "important" food, especially red meat with gravy!
