Flight 3/4. Sludgy, raisin brown beer. The olfactory provision includes a suggestion of fermented raisin and a reserved touch of bitter caramel. The taste receptors familiarize themselves with thin fermented raisin, a noticeable touch of red wine, faint date and a silent idea of biscuit. The body is light-medium. The aftertaste serves a decent dollop of red wine, a tad fermented raisin and distant bitter crackers. The aftertaste keeps the tastebuds active for some time. The mouthfeel is tart and puckering, slightly vinous, acidic and relatively flat. It's also surprisingly thin for the ABV of 11.25 %. A bit disappointingly overall.
