Winter lager with rich malt flavors to remind the drinker gingerbread cookies. Traditional German lager yeast and a complex grain bill make this classically doppelbock then we threw in a balanced amount of spices and Mandarina Bavaria hops near the end of the boil and finished the beer after lagering with a round of dry hopping with Mandarina Bavaria. The result is our version of Christmas in the Baltics.
