Makea, kylmänä helppo juotava. Tulee sahti mieleen tästä. Humalaa vähän. Saas nähdä milloin sitä ensi kerran pääsee maistamaan Venäläisiä oluita.

Kurpitsa jopa maistuu. Ehkä myös vivahde savuisuutta...

Todella makea vähän kuin sokerivettä joisi. Suosikkipanimoita, mutta tässä ei ole mitään hyvää.

Makeahko pumpa-juoma. Okran väriseen verhoon kiedottu.

Extended Quarantine Day #75.
This Russian interpretation of a Pumpkin Ale pours semihazy, deep rusty. The lively, relatively long-lived carbonation builds a light beige, small-bubbled head that falls below two fingers. The foamy cap dissolves soon to a hair-thin lacing on the surface. A decent lace ring adorns the top longer. No other marks can be spotted on the glass.
The nose receives massive pumpkin pie, not too sweet to qualify for jam. The fragrance is additionally a bit caramelly and slightly candy-like although not overly sweet like already mentioned. A faint note of jasmin tea can also be depicted.
The taste is interesting: the tea-like aroma lands on the tastebuds stronger and definitely sweeter but still remains manageable. Distant caramel, a suggestion of old dry toffee and remote elderflower levitate behind the scenes. A distinct touch of clove lingers in the mouth. The leading star of this show, pumpkin, portrays determinedly and makes it to the headlines. I would say that the package is overall medium-sweet.
The body is light-medium. The beer ends with pumpkin infused black tea, a tad bitter caramel, orange peel, a pinch of clove and a drop of lemon zest. The aftertaste pulls the tastebuds in several directions for quite some time.
The mouthfeel is fragrant, floral, lip-glueing but simultaneously also a bit mouth-drying. It's also somewhat tea-like and spiced and, generally speaking, fairly unique. I associate this easily with the late summer harvest time.
Pumpkin Ales are far too rare to find and, therefore, difficult to review because of the lack of experience.
