My meal of grilled squid at a Philippine restaurant today went down with ice tea. Not even a nonalcoholic beer was available. I'm taking the beer now. Limpid, honey-hued beer with shy, short-lived carbonation tries to lay a subtle, white head. The head melts quickly away to flat still. The olfactory provision includes distinct peach and a suggestion of nectarine. The taste receptors shiver a bit due to the sweet palate that hits them. I pick a decent injection of peach, a pinch of nectarine and faint apricot. I can additionally find apple and a drop of squeezed orange pulp among the gustatory elements. The body is thin. Of course. The aftertaste serves a tad peach and nectarine to the tastebuds but disappears rushedly. The mouthfeel is thin, somewhat lip-glueing, very juicy and considerably summery. It's also tropical and effervescent. Quite nice this one, too.
