5.5% Saison / Farmhouse Ale
Refermented and matured for three months with Brettanomyces Bruxellensis and then aged in bottle for six months. Expect acidic, horsey funkiness.

Grew on me a bit. Didn't like it at first. Was indifferent by the end. Won't revisit.

5,7% alkoholi puskee hieman läpi. Maussa mukava twisti, kuten kunnon saisonissa kuuluukin olla. Erittäin vaalea raikas ja pehmea

The aroma is very fruity with citrus, passionfruit and grapefruit. Also some yeast and hops. The mouthfeel is light and smooth. The taste is a very pleasant one. Wheat dominating from the start with hops coming in too, turning into some citrus crisp. Some peach and pine notes. Medium body, very crisp and delightful to drink!
