My Saudi beer escapade continues with Moussy Lemon Mint. The beer colors lucid, amber. The initially fizzy but hastily settling carbonation lays a restrained, white head that falls short of half a finger's height and calms quickly down to nil. The fragrance offers powerful mint. The mint is so dominant that it overshadows the potential lemony touch which, the name suggests, should be there. Nonetheless, the tongue likes the hefty, medium-sweet lemon juice. Now the mint is oppressed and gives seriously way to the lemon. The body is thin. The beer ends with light-sweet lemon pulp and a good suggestion of mint. The aftertaste refreshes the tastebuds for a relatively brief period only. The mouthfeel is thin, very fresh, clean and soft-drink-like. It's also slightly puckering albeit simultaneously a tad lip-glueing. Very palatable though, especially for summer.
