A cider, for a change. Lucid straw. A faint lime green reflection. Sparkling carbonation. A cute head emerges on the top and shrinks fast to a thin lace ring. The scent will obviously not offer big surprises? A bit sweet-leaning apple mash, with some pear added. Actually, quite a generous load of pears. The olfactory sphere portrays an interesting note of fructose throughout the journey. The taste fails to serve any pear, or at least, the "pear index" falls drastically. The cocktail is full of apple mash. Not so sweet anymore. Acidity grows significantly, sourness less but still noticeably. The end is identical to the actual taste. Feels light, juicy, summery but also a bit Mediterranean or Breton. Acidity is noticeable although still fairly oppressed. Very limited tartness. Gluggable for sure.

Tuoksu hyvin valkoviinimäinen. Samoin maku alkuun niin valkkarimainen että piti tarkistaa, onko tosiaan täyttä omenaa. Olihan se! Hapokas, hieman kukkaisaa makeutta. Pienet hienot kuplat. Mielenkiintoinen, hyvin viinimäinen siideri ruokajuomaksi tai makusteluun.
