Our ideal IPA wasn't on the menu. So we made it. Resisting piling up a variety of hops like topping on a burger. We held the pickles and did things our way. Sandwiching together light malts, clean cali ale yeast, and early harvest Simcoe hops. Just what the brewers ordered.

Dunkles, fast klares Gold steht im Glas mit recht üppiger Schaumkrone.
Das Camden IPA (im 6-Liter Gebinde) dürfte identisch sein mit dem Off Menu IPA der englischen Brauerei.
Insgesamt schön Oldschool zeigt sich das IPA: Eher leichte Fruchtnoten nach Citrus und Pfirsich, dafür stärkere (würzige) Malznote. Der Körper ist vielleicht etwas zu schlank und die spürbare Herbe könnte schon etwas früher einsetzten.
Gut zu trinken auf alle Fälle.
