Tastefully tart is how our monkeys describe their sour sibling. Born from the same imported malts, Belgian yeast, and a mix of magical spices, this monkey decided to take a walk on the tangy side. With a swirling citrusy, lemon bit and a delectable essence, you better pucker up and respect this monkey.

Carbonatation élevée, grosses bulles. Nez fruité et pétillant j'aime beaucoup !
En bouche, c'est fruité et pétillant. On a des notes de framboise, fraise. On a aussi des notes nutty. Le tout relevé par une acidité légère. C'est complexe et très bon! Belle réussite!!

An interesting beer. In terms of aromas, we’ve got lemon and lime and a bit of berries. Flavours of citrus, Belgium malts with a sour aftertaste. This beer it’s quite balanced considering it’s 9.5% ABV; however, it is nothing out of the extraordinary in my opinion since it’s not close to a Belgium triple, or as flavourful as other sour’s.
