Developed by our Brew Master Stefan Meyna, Bitburger Winterbock is lagered at –2°C in our cellars. The first sip is mild and fruity, revealing an intense, pleasantly rich malt sweetness. The fine bitterness from the hops is a well-balanced accompaniment, before finishing with a nice warmth on the palate.
