Pintin Jari J ei tästä pitänyt, mutta silti tämän tilasin. Ei ollut pahan hintainen. Kuten Jari sanoi, vaikka UT-pisteet ovatkin korkeat, 4.24, se ei kerro aina koko totuutta. Pullotuspäivämäärää en löydä, mutta instassa tälle oluelle viimeisin päivitys on tämän vuoden syyskuussa. Uusi panimo mulle. Ehkä. En jaksa tarkistaa. Tuoksu on erittäin pehmeä. Viskinen toki, mutta alkoholisuus on lempeää. Suklaata, espressoa jne. Perinteinen imp. Miten tämä voi olla 13%? Uskomattoman upeasti paha paha alko on tässä piilotettu. Tämän voisi nauttia parilla huikalla, eikä edes tekisi tiukkaa. Makeus on puolittaista ja tukee hienosti kokonaisuutta - joka on hieman tylsä. Tässä ei ole kaivattua monipuolisuutta, vaan tämä on aika yksinkertainen ja perinteinen viski-imperial. Tykkäsin silti.

Never heard about this brewery but the price was good and beer sounded interesting so I bought it. Nightcap. Bottle. Bottled on: ? Temperature: +10 C Almost black in color with a small and quickly disappearing light-brown head: 3/5 Nose is heavily malty with faint licorice and darker fruits undertones. Also some, very mild alcohol notes. But where is the roastiness, the coffee, the chocolate, hell where's the whisky barrel aging!!!!???? 2,5/5 Full mouthfeel with warming alcohol. Quite smooth... considering this is a 13% ABV Motherfucking Russian Imperial stout, this totally lacks balls: 2,5/5 Taste starts with the bready maltiness and that's basically all the malt flavors there is...mild fruity notes with licorice. Now there's some whisky, but that just seems some kind of cheap blended whiskiness. Aftertaste has some oaky bite. Weak: 6/15 This is just pathetic. One of the, if not the most boring RIS I've ever encountered. Especially when you looking the high ABV and barrel aging. Doesn't taste bad, but this beer is just a wimp. Makes me mad. If you are looking a easy to drink, high ABV beer, buy this but if you are looking a world glass Imperial stout, then don't: 8/20 =22/50 *btw this has the 4,3* in Untappd (One of the reasons I bought this tbh)... I mean what the actual F. Beers like Bell's Expedition Stout or Dark horse Plead the 5th, which are solid Russian Imperial stouts have "only" 4,1* not to mention Brooklyn Black chocolate stout with 3,8*...what is wrong with Untappd users
