Un peu très sèche pour moi mais tout de même très bon. Bonne acidité.

Flight 4/4.
Hazy, rusty brown beer with reasonable, fairly long-lived carbonation tries to lay a weak, off-white head that, however, descends quickly to a frazil-icy lace ring on top.
The fragrance puts forward a decent dollop of red wine and a bit of soaked oak barrel, accompanied by smaller amendments of red grape and sour homemade apple mash. As if a pinch of wild yeast would have popped up from behind the scenes...
The gustatory profile serves extremely sour redcurrant, red grape, a whisper of strawberry and heftier winter apple. The sour punch comes unexpectedly out of nowhere and makes you want to grind your teeth. Nevertheless, I anticipated a vinous twist, even a powerful one. It didn't come. The red wine that featured appealingly on the nose disappeared entirely. If I'm trying real hard, a distant hint of wet oakwood can also be picked.
The body is medium to medium-full. The beer finishes with the extraordinarily sour redcurrant that has got a new friend: cranberry. The old friend winter apple is still around. The duration of the aftertaste is long.
The mouthfeel is substantially tart and heavily puckering but also relatively natural, rustic, gardeny as well as neatly juicy. It's also acetic, medium-dry but solely a little mouth-drying. Today's best. 🥇
