A refreshing Belgian wheat beer (witbier) with a fruity fragrance and flavour. Wheat malt makes this beer soft and creamy while the aromatic notes of citrus peel, banana and coriander ensure freshness. Sweet and sour are well-balanced, slightly sharpened by a mild bitterness in the background.

Hazy, lemon yellow beer with spritzy carbonation builds a clean white, small-bubbled head that elevates two fingers high. Although the retention is brief, a dense lacing adorns half of the surface much longer.
Orange pulp, orange peel and coriander seed are the spices in this beer. Not too uncommon. Wheat malt in the baseline.
The taste is rather watery. Citrus is the dominant flavor, a tad bitter, yet distinctly orangey. Wheat malt, no question about it. Yeast isn't absent either. Coriander seed can also be recognized but the fragrance portrays such a note better.
The body is thin. Reduces obviously my rating. The finish intensifies the bitter segment but only marginally.
The mouthfeel is thin, spiced and refreshing. Spritzy. Moderately tropical. Quite easy. The impotent body is a clear minus.

Petite blanche à 5%. Le côté blanche est fondu avec des zeste d'orange

Recht fruchtig mit einer starken Note von Weißwein.
