Malty English IPA. I've had a few Hepworth years ago, Pullman's and another I forget the name now. Not sure if I've had Charger before, back in my ale days.
Caramel complexion and clear, not hazy and mild carbonation.
The aroma is much like the taste, light caramel malt with slight apple, presumably English hops.
Easy going, nice and drinkable and much better than the Timmy Taylor landlord I just had previously.
Light body, fast finish consisting of the constant theme of caramel malt.
Not going to excite but it's a good representation of classic English IPA.

Very rammy. Maybe it's a short life beer, but it tastes as if it's been brewed in a morgue. A foisty stale slightly chocolate under tone which even the 5.5%abv can't recover.
A straight to video production.
Just noticed it's suitable for vegans, so perhaps I wasn't their target market.
