Nightcap (this should take some time to finish). Bottle. Bottled on 5.4.2020 Temperature: +12 C Black beer with a poor retention brown head. The foam lasts like three seconds: 2,5/5 Aromas of heavily roasted coffee and chocolate. Some bread crust and sweetness as well. A light touch of alcohol. Not very intense nor complex: 3/5 Mouthfeel is sharp, full, dry due to use of lots of dark malts most likely. Warming alcohol. Some oiliness: 3,5/5 Residual sweetness, coffee, roasty, malty... Flavour is towards the sweeter side which clashes with the heavy roasty flavors: 9/15 I was hoping much more from this one. Just an average Russian Imperial Stout: 12/20 =30/50
