As lagers were brewed in the 1800's, this is a traditional kettle-hopped Golden Ale with early & late hop additions for a clean, citrus finish and a rich, copper / gold colour. Brewed by a true master, the beauty of this ale lies in its balance, sessionability and subtle apricot & tangerine tasting finish.
Hops: Admiral, First Gold, Golding
Malts: Cara Gold, Vienna

Happy Saint Patrick's Day! 🍀🇮🇪🍀 Ryan and I are going to Duo an Irish classic brewery, Sullivan's.
High and frothy head. Light orange in color with a little fog haze. Aroma is sweet with a breath of amber. Very soft yet remaining crisp in the mouth. Flavor has bread, a fruit like sweetness, and caramel. The finish brings hand unpleasant addition. Almost like an overripe pear whose sweetness has turned sour. Think I'll stay with the Irish stouts.
