Dark and warming ale. Malty with a hint of toffee in the flavour. Reasonable effort.

Bottle-500ml. Nice. Quite full flavoured-slightly brown ale. This was the first time drank and it was in September 2024.

I love that it's made using unsold bread. Definitely should support this brewery.

Looks a decent colour and not overly carbonated. But the flavours hardly linger. The initial flavour of liquorice and toffee are only just there and disappear quickly leaving very little after taste. Better ruby ales out there.
