Long-lasting, spritzy carbonation creates a pale fawn head that climbs two fingers tall and descends quickly to a soft lacing on the top. Moderate grainy malt in the scent. Slightly sweet-leaning. The gustatory sphere is somewhat more diverse with sweet malt, biscuit, cereal, a hint of dried apricot and a drop of honey. Though unchallenging for a Heller Bock. The sensation is light-medium, velvety, smooth, gentle and easy.
