Transparent, deep gold cider. A neat, white lace ring emerges on the surface. The fragrance portrays somewhat gardeny medium-sour apple nectar. The palate offers relatively sour apple mash and a farmhousey aroma. The finish displays sour apple over medium to long duration. The mouthfeel is tart, somewhat puckering, fragrant, very natural and truly gardeny. I love the tartness!
