Heating the sauna. Just cut a proper hole in the ice to allow a relaxing float in the water. Can't wait! My interim beer looks lucid amber. The carbonation is really restrained. A velvety, cloud-white head exceeds half a finger but that's pretty much all of it. The retention is short as the foamy lid melts to a thin lace ring. The fragrance is modest: grainy malt and bread are the only elements I'm able to spot. The gustatory sphere is malty, amply grainy, offering especially slightly sweet biscuit, bread and a bit of honey. The body is light. The end tweaks the palate marginally hoppier but otherwise the cocktail gives the same supply. The mouthfeel is light, slightly dry, lip-glueing, soft and smooth. This is supposed to be a Farmhouse Ale but it's definitely not a Saison, nor a Bière de Garde. And absolutely not a Sahti. Quite traditional anyway. I like it.

Erikoinen. Ei löydy genreä, mut haitanneeko tuo. Lagerimpi pale ale tms. Hyvä maku ja kaunis väri ja just sopiva vaahto ja purasu

Joku laittanyt tälle Pinttiin tyypiksi saison, mutta ei tämä kyllä sitä ole. Ennemmin jonkinlainen pale ale, tosin hieman erikoinen sellaiseksikin. Väri on kullanruskea ja lähes kirkas. Tuoksu on lähes lagermainen, katkerohumalaa ja hieman rautainen aromi. Maku on yllättävän makea ja aika hiilihappoinen. Humalointi ei tunnu tässä juuri lainkaan. Jälkimaku sen sijaan on aluksi hyvin kuiva ja katkera, loppua kohden alkaa löytymään vähän makeuttakin. Jälkimaku jää aika lyhyeksi.

Kullanruskeaa, mukavasti maltaista ja hedelmäistä ale-olutta. Kevyet humalat. Maistuu pitkään.
