Spontaneous fermentation, no yeast is added.
BeerBera is fermented in oak vats and matured for four months in oak vats.
BeerBera is brewed once a year at vintage time.
Ingredients: barley malt, Barbera wine grapes (freshly pressed destemmes with skins, from a viticulturist near Alba), sugar, hops wild yeast from the skins of the grapes.

Una sorta di lambic italiana che sfrutta lievito e batteri selvaggi sulle bucce dell' uva e poi matura 6 mesi in tini di rovere .....il risultato e' una fresca spremuta di frutta vinosa ed alcolica piacevole e armoniosa.....da degustare in meditazione👍🍇🇮🇹
