Anniversary treat for myself. Roasted malt and dark chocolate aromas lead to a smooth and velvety beer with plenty of flavour complexities. Initial carbonation soon disappears and the beer mellows quite nicely. Chocolate hits you first, quickly followed by a heady mixture of fruity sourness and burnt bitterness. Chocolate and sour cherries linger in the mouth. Very nice beer, drinks easily and tastes awesome.
