Murky, pale orange beer with a soapy, white head that descends quickly to a frazil-icy lacing that dies immediately away. The scent displays a hefty citrusy aroma, accompanied by merely faint banana and an interesting, rather unexpected suggestion of parsley. Hmmm... The palate is, generally speaking, surprisingly light, offering a bit of fermented banana, distant peach, fresh lemon pulp and a tiny pour of orange. Medium banana steps better to the limelight in the finish but is still moderate at best. Citrus zest and a whisper of coriander flavor the aftertaste nicely whose duration is medium. The mouthfeel is fairly light for a Sahti, which is no surprise. Furthermore, the mouthfeel is surprisingly refreshing, even slightly tropical as well as summery. It's also astonishingly soft, smooth, substantially easy and rather interesting. I like the fact that this brewery is ready to innovate.

Didn't check which abv this one had, but I'll correct it later. Long time no Sahti. Wheaty and fresh.
