Flight 3/4. Murky, light brown beer with a latte-hued, sponge-like head. Quite dark for a Hefeweizen. Hefty carbonation. The scent is modest with a mere touch of wheat malt. The palate serves wheat malt with a faint caramelly twist as well as dried apricot and a note of clove-infused tea. The light-bodied beer lingers on tongue for some time. The mouthfeel is light, frothy, phenolic and lip-glueing. Pairs with blue cheese (my favorite pairing).
