The Bush Prestige de Nuits is deep amber in colour and has powerful aromas of ripe fruits. Besides the aromas produced by the fermentation (overripe banana), there are striking touches of red and black fruits that are reminiscent of port, Maury wine or a very mature Grenache. To create this beer, the Bush Noël was matured for six to nine months in oak barrels that were previously used to mature Bourgogne de Nuits-St-Georges, one of the great Burgundy wines.

Pour cette période, il était juste nécessaire de s'hydrater avec cette œuvre d'art, ce chef d'œuvre. Robe ambrée, avec un nez de fruits mûrs et bien fermentés. La banane et les fruits rouges sont prenants. Semblable à un vin, même un porto. Épicée et boisée, cette superbe nous transporte vers les bières que je recherche, que je désire tant déguster. Les degrés pourtant élevés, paraissent inexistant tellement l'équilibre est parfait, somptueux. Merci Dubuisson, top 5 !
