We utilise both American hops and yeast for this brew to ensure it stays as true to style as possible. Pairing Chinook and Columbus hops in the kettle produces a wonderfully medium dry grapefruit and citrus flavour. This beer is left slightly sweeter and has subtle pine flavours.
