We have had air raid alerts every f***ing night, several times a night, meaning that you should move to a shelter immediately or at least in a place with two concrete walls between you and the outdoors. It means the bathroom. It's a fascinating experience to stay in an excellent hotel and prepare a bed on the bathroom floor since the real supercomfortable bed is too close to a window. Here, in central Kyiv, the biggest risk are not the drones or missiles but the possible metal debris and breaking windows. Fortunately, the air defence system is efficient and shoots almost all objects down before they reach Kyiv or, at least, above suburbs. The beer itself colors cloudy peachy. A fluffy, clean white head emerges on the top and exceeds three fingers until it fairly quickly dissolves to a neat lacing. The scent is fruity, very familiar with so many Witbiers: orange zest, orange peel, wheat malt, coriander seed and a bit of peach. The taste profile is fruity but less so and builds more on the wheat malt. A slightly bitter yeasty undertone looms here. The cocktail is composed of orange peel, lemon zest, lemon pith, and much less coriander seed than in the air. Very predictable indeed but reasonably appealing though. The body is light. The finish lives short with the same components as before. The mouthfeel is light, soft, effervescent, smooth, slightly Belgiany and marginally herbal. Путін – хуйло!
