Est, est, est! Finally a decent Italian beer. An IPA with American hops, but brewed in Italy. Orangy yellow liquid. Fine tickling bubbles. Cloudy and still translucent. Craft beer. What a relief after at least five disappointing lagers. It's bitterness is just right. Oh dear, there's sugar added, but just enough to smooth rough edges. Smooth, smooth, smooth. And the taste stays in my mouth at the back of my tongue. I hope this brewer stays out of the claws of the big ones. Keep your secret, keep your recepy, stay independent. Keep up the good work!
