Opaque, bright black beer with introvert carbonation produces a dense, fawn head that falls short of one finger. The relatively brief retention is able to guarantee a mere hair-thin lace ring circling the surface. Bags of cacao nibs, abundant dark chocolate, vanilla and astonishingly clear cinnamon constitute the olfactory mainstay. A pinch of coconut flakes completes the fragrance that is, generally speaking, almost like spiced. Intriguing! 😋🖤🖤 The taste portrays overwhelming dark chocolate and bowls of cacao nibs. Cacao is present also in its raw powdery form. Mouthwatering! I surely pick vanilla, too, as well as coarse coconut flakes. Very pastry-like! A spicy twist hovers somewhat in the distance, as if chili but definitely not cinnamon anymore. The 11.5 % is absolutely nowhere. Delicious! 🖤🖤🖤 The body is medium-full to full. Maybe closer to full than medium-full though. The finish refuses to abandon the hefty chocolate-cum-cacao punch. As different from upfront, the palette is a tad rawer and probably a little less intensive now. On the other hand, vanilla steps out of the crowd even more bravely at this stage. The aftertaste admires a solar eclipse and is thrilled when the nature freaks out. The mouthfeel is full, sticky, deep, somewhat rich and desserty with no doubt. It's a pastry-like slow-sipping nightcap. Albeit a tad sappy but still balanced. L-O-V-E-L-Y !!! 🖤🖤🖤
