Caramel malts provide the backbone for sour and tart cherries to zip through quite nicely. What a fantastic marrying of flavours! I’m normally quite nonplussed with Doppelbocks but this is well brewed and those cherries finish it off just right. You wouldn’t know how potent it was, very drinkable. A summer drink for the future, as opposed to a heavy stout
