Didn't realise it was a darkside drink but here goes. Decent drink with a nice roasted malt aroma and a creamy mouthfeel. It has a roasted malt taste with a subtle sweetness mixed in, a bitter finish, but it's enjoyable. Very smooth and easy-drinking session ale, more like a porter or stout, in my opinion.
