Taste like fermented rice wine despite the sour, high acidity nosing. Not fizzy, taste like unsweetened makgeolli/ sake with a nutty after taste. Another distinctive beer with strong Japanese roots. Strong rice win flavour profile. This beer uniqueness would mainly apple to those accustomed to the rice wine.
