Dubitative 🤔 J'aime beaucoup le format 500ml mais malgré sa jolie couleur, je ne suis pas très fan du goût.. Elle est pétillante mais pas acide à mon goût et je ne retrouve pas le goût du fruit de la passion. Dommage

I have to say I love these 500ml cans were getting from the Czech breweries. This poured well from the can, there was a lot of fizz as expected but it didn't overflow the glass. The body is clear yellow with only the tiniest of haze and lots of burning carbo action in the glass. There was a small white foamy head but went as quickly as it came. Scents intense passion fruit, lots of acidic, sour funk and a little bit of green grape at the end. Mouthfeel is sharp, intense and very refreshing. The beer is ratovely light, medium bodied though the intense carbonation and acididity really leave a lasting impression on the mouth. Taste is sharp citrus, some sweet lime to contrast the sour lemon at first. The sweet lime quickly turns to mandarin before the star of the show rolls in and makes itself known. The passionfruit is supposed to be from a puree which I think gives it a milder profile than some would like but it makes it undeniably more authentic. Although it could be more sour, I really think it is a great beer.

Olut on väriltään kullankeltainen ja vähä vaahtoinen olut. Tuoksu on hapan, suolainen, passionhedelmäinen. Maku on tuoksun mukainen. Kesyt happamuudet

Tsekkiläisiä Zichovecin tuotteita löytyi jääkaappiin yhdeksän tölkillistä, ekana passion sour (miksiköhän on berliinin wehnäseks merkitty..?) Vaalean keltainen väri, kiukkuinen vaahto. Tuoksussa tuhti happamuus ja passionhedelmä. Suutuntuma hapokas. Maussa aidosti passionhedelmää, happamuutta. Kyllä tää kai sinne sour-kategoriaan oikeesti kuuluu..?
