First time in this local place. Beautiful. Rustic. The restaurant serves nice burgers, now a halloumi version for me. Limpid, deep gold is the color. Spritzy, long-lived carbonation. The head is restrained though. The scent offers sour apple. Full and very natural. Promises a lot. The taste sort of follows suit but not 100% precisely though. Sour apple is ample, extraordinarily natural of course. Faint yeast too. Love the supply, it's very simple and ungimmicky. Feels light, zesty, pulpy, natural, acidic, seriously dry and drying. However, it's not very spritzy. Attractive!

Siideri on väriltään omenamehun värinen ja lähes vaahdoton juoma. Tuoksu raikkaan omenainen. Maku on hapan, omenainen. Sama kuin poimisi tuoreita omenoita puusta ja tekisi niistä mehua prosenttien kera
