Took the family to Clear Springs Restaurant in New Braunfels for their famous cat fish dinner. Been coming for two decades and never gets old. Amber malt flavor, has a smoky Haze, not very sweet with very little roast or earthiness. Traces of bread or toast in the middle. Flavor trails off in the finish.

This Texas beer is from San Antonio. Can't say the color since I'm having it out of the can. Soft, sweet taste. Very mild. Fast, dry, bitter finish. Nothing special.
