Misty, mango-juice-colored beer with a minuscule-bubbled, pale yellow head that exceeds one finger and shrinks soon down to a frazil-icy lacing on top. The collapsing head leaves no traces on the glass. The scent is restrained and offers wheat biscuit, a little bit of mango, faint grapefruit and lemon pulp. The taste opens up the nuances much better. I find a good amount of mango juice, a small dollop of orange zest and a bit of squeezed lemon. The fruity components lie on the bed of wheat. The body is light. The beer is in a hurry to finish with a generous punch of wheat malt and smaller amendments of mango and lemon peel. The mouthfeel is light, refreshing, tropical and a little spritzy.
