Brewed with barley, wheat and rice and fermented at high temperatures with a special blend of four different yeast strains, Colette is fruity and slightly tart, with a dry finish that makes it that rarest of treats — a beer as refreshing as it is complex. 20,4 EBU. 9,8 EBC. 14,8 'P.

The taste is light malt, wheat, lemon/lemon zest and cloves. Has a hint of grassy hops. The finish is a little dry. I think this is very nice Belgium style beer. I’m surprised some of the reviews for this are so low.
