Sour. Not so much. Funky taste, but not too awkward. Fun wild beer.

Olutsatama 2019. Impenetrable, deep raspberry-nectar-tinted beer with a bold, slightly pink head that initially exceeds two finger. The nose receives massive sour raspberry, a bit of redcurrant and faint strawberry. The palate is relatively sour, allowing one to experience sour raspberry, a tad strawberry and a remote note of redcurrant. The body is light-medium. The beer finishes hastily with the same sour raspberry that is seasoned with a small injection of strawberry. The mouthfeel is light, juicy, summery and gardeny. It's also tart and puckering.
