This has got to be the gold standard of American Pale Ales due to its perfect balance of bold hops and sweet malt base. There are prominent notes of grapefruit zest, citrus peel and fresh pines derived from Cascade hops. A sturdy foundation of caramel and pale malts balances the bitterness with a subtle caramel sweetness and toasted bread flavour. The beer then wraps up with a clean, crisp and moderately dry bitterness that lingers pleasantly without being overwhelming.

A smooth, slightly malty beer which features bright grapefruit, orange peel and pine hop notes balanced by a toasted caramel malt sweetness, moderate bitterness and crisp finish.
