Mukavan lajilleen tyypillinen. Hieman jää kuitenkin latteaksi.

Relatively transparent, deep copper beer with reasonable, short-lived carbonation frees a small-bubbled, white head that barely rises up to half a finger. The foamy lid dissolves soon to a hair-thin lacing on the surface. No splashes are left behind.
The fragrance offers sweet caramel malt and bags of biscuit, accompanied by a bit of sweet drycake, faint raisin, a hint of date. I can also detect a lovely nutty note and distant sweet mango that surprises me. However, it fits in nicely.
The taste is rather sweet, putting forward caramel malt, a good amount of biscuit and sweet toffee bun. Remote raisin, a pinch of date and a whisper of citrus pith bring in their individual aromas -- some fresh, some stuffy -- onto the tastebuds. The palate serves sweet pastry with a closed fruity twist.
The body is light. The beer's finish approaches too fast. I can't get anything else than some of the key components of the upfront taste, especially medium-sweet caramel malt and some biscuit.
The mouthfeel is light, rather soft and appealingly smooth. It's also slightly sappy and lip-glueing but also flat. Not really a Golden Ale though.
