Ironhouse love this big bad boy. Its brewed using a combination of Australian Pale and Crystal Malts with juicy generous servings of Tasmanian Galaxy and American Amarillo Hops. No tutti fruity fruit salad here, just a big bold Pale. A rich reddish bronze coloured brew, the nose is all malt and hops, the palate is a sweet taste of cereal and subtle nut tones. Combine this with the sharp hop bite of galaxy and the citrus bitterness burst of Amarillo towards the end, It is no wonder Ironhouse has been crafting this beer for over 10 years.
