Got this from the Christmas calendar.
Bottled on: end of 2018 (most likely)
Temperature: +8 C
Pale golden colored beer. The head is tall and disappears, as expected, quite fast. Although about half a centimeter layer sticks around a bit longer: 4,25/5
The nose is relatively mild, with some apple-like sourness, apple juice, hay, and a touch of funk. Faint leathery aromas appear when a beer is a bit warmer. Overall seems like basic stuff but even milder aroma than what, let's say 6% Lambics have. Feels like the Tripel has mellowed the 3 Fonteinen Lambic aromas quite a bit: 3,5/5
Mouthfeel is medium with medium-high carbonation and a balanced sour feel. The (wheat) malts give some thicker texture in the mouthfeel: 3,75/5
The taste follows the same path as the scent: very basic flavors but seems so much milder than usual. Different flavors of apple are the strongest. Some hay but low to none funky flavors. I find this quite boring actually: 9/15
Easy going beer with this ABV. Based on this beer I'm not looking forward to trying any more Tripel-Lambic mixesđ
this just seems diluted. Pouring the yeasts in provides some vanilla-like and well, yeasty flavors: 13/20

Tripelin ja lambicin sekoite. Miedosti hapan, runsaasti tallin makua. Molempien tyylilajien parhaat puolet hienosti esillä. Alkoholi täysin piilossa.
