Lucid, deep gold beer with powerful, regular-duration carbonation frees a small-bubbled, cloud-white head that clings tightly onto the side of the glass. The head rises up to two fingers and adorns the top basically throughout the entire drink.
The olfactory package releases a good amount of grassy hops, grapefruit pulp, a touch of pine needles and a hint of resin.
The taste receptors enjoy the old-school West Coast kick of strong-hopped combination of maltiness, bitter citrusiness and an interesting but hair-thin addition of soft fruitiness, predominantly peach.
The body is light to light-medium. The beer serves dry-hopped pale malt that has proved to portray itself bold. Citrus is bitter and drying, followed by piney and resinous notes. The duration of the aftertaste keeps the tastebuds active for a long time.
The mouthfeel is crisp, not particularly strong though, old-school as well as simultaneously soft, smooth and faintly lip-glueing.
