A collaboration between the guys at Prairie Brewing in Oklahoma and the fine people at Amager Bryghus in Denmark this is a good saison. Its a powerhouse at 8.8%, but it doesn't drink harsh in the least. The citrus notes hit you first and the slightest alcohol residue just slides along the tongue. Its cloudy, its full bodied, and its delicious.
